ClientZone partners with independent creators to license and resell their digital products.

All sales to Customers are made exclusively by ClientZone.
Revenue sharing or commissions paid to creators are internal commercial arrangements and do not affect the Customer’s legal relationship with ClientZone.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between ClientZone and any Creator.
4. Contractual Relationship With Users
By accessing or purchasing through this Website, you enter into a legally binding agreement solely with ClientZone.
ClientZone is responsible for:
Pricing and billing
VAT and applicable sales taxes
Customer support
Refunds and disputes
Chargebacks and payment processing issues
5. VAT & Taxes (IMPORTANT)
Prices displayed on the Website may include or exclude VAT, as indicated at checkout.

7. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK COMPLIANT)
7.1 Statutory Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is waived once performance has begun, provided that:
You expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content, and
You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
